Marketing Program Manager

This position leads the planning and management of large-scale marketing campaigns in our Boston, MA or Washington, DC office.


  • Lead the planning process for new and ongoing client programs
  • Manage day-to-day activities of YMC Program Strategists and remote team(s) of campus reps across the US to deliver on all aspects of  programming
  • Lead recruitment, screening, interviewing, and assignment of campus reps to client programs based on campaign goals and objectives
  • Monitor time spent by team members on various aspects of the project and proactively identify and discuss issues/opportunities for management efficiencies
  • Maintain enthusiasm and urgency in servicing clients and consistently strive for excellence to over deliver against the program objectives
  • Work with direct and remote supervisors to effectively deliver on all aspects of programming


  • U.S. college graduate (4-year colleges/universities only)
  • 2-5 years of marketing and/or brand work experience required
  • Experience managing teams of employees in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and time management
  • Outstanding writing and self-editing ability
  • Unrelenting attention to detail


  • Is incredibly smart, charismatic, and a natural conversationalist
  • Has an entrepreneurial spirit and loves to work hard/play hard
  • Prior experience as a brand ambassador or in promotional marketing
  • Understands how to manage and motivate millennnials
  • Is experienced with digital marketing, social media strategy, and social ad buying
