LexisNexis, the corporation providing computer-assisted legal research services, engaged YMC for strategic consulting to streamline efficiency and increase effectiveness of the Lexis Associate program.
YMC worked collaboratively with the LexisNexis marketing team to strategically audit the current “Lexis Associate” (LA) Program which employs over 600 law students nationwide. Through a multi-phased consulting relationship, YMC:
- Built a dedicated internal team that met regularly with key LexisNexis decision makers to gain a deeper understanding of the current program structure, including overall execution strategy, goals, successes and challenges
- Led the development of updated recruitment, program training, and management materials that spoke to the millennial audience
- Shared program reporting and analysis best practices to maximize both effectiveness and efficiency of Lexis Associates (law students) and Lexis management resources
- Provided top level analysis and monthly large-scale strategic recommendations to maximize program success on the national and local level
