Responsibilities:

• Be a key point of contact between YMC’s account team and our clients
• Drive the strategy, planning, and management of new and ongoing client campaigns
• Keep projects running on-time and under budget, aiming to exceed KPIs and expectations
• Oversee the recruitment of national team(s) of student ambassadors based on unique brand criteria
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with students, clients, and your internal team
• Manage day-to-day activities of junior internal employees and student ambassadors
• Monitor time spent by team members on projects proactively identifying issues or areas of efficiency
• Lead with confidence, compassion, and a commitment to excellence

Qualifications:

• 4-year college/university degree
• 2 - 6 years of work experience; 1 - 2 years of team and/or project management experience
• Outstanding communication, problem solving, and presentation skills
• Strong organization and time management
• Unrelenting attention to detail and an eye for compelling content
• Advanced knowledge of digital and social media best practices
