YMC partnered with LG Electronics to launch its first college ambassador program to increase brand awareness and product affinity with students using authentic and relevant Gen-Z brand voices. Campus ambassadors promoted LG products and exclusive discounts across social platforms and during on-campus activations, each aligning with key college moments.

Strategy & Execution
YMC identified well-connected & tech-savvy students to represent LG and maximize brand reach through a strategic mix of large-scale tabling events and on-the-go activities. Throughout the program, ambassadors produced short-form video content on Instagram Reels and TikTok that captured real student experiences and reinforced LG’s relevance in everyday campus life. Across the spring and fall semesters, the program increased brand sentiment, drove sales and traffic to lg.com, and positioned LG as a desirable brand amongst Gen-Z consumers.
