Responsibilities:

• Lead YMC’s client account relationships delivering the utmost level of attention and service
• Drive the strategic direction and creativity of new and ongoing client campaigns
• Supervise the work of internal account team to ensure quality, timeliness, profitability, and results
• Build excellent client relationships with a solid awareness of growth and expansion opportunities
• Be a champion of the account team and project success both internally and externally
• Identify project priorities, assign tasks, and proactively identify areas of efficiency
• Manage the work, performance, and professional development of junior internal employees
• Maintain a constant awareness of relevant market trends and industry related news

Qualifications:

• 4-year college/university degree
• 8 - 12 years of work experience; senior client relationship management required
• At least 4 years of project and team management experience
• Experience leading projects of national scale with major brands or clients
• Outstanding communication, problem solving, and presentation skills
• An abundance of confidence, decisiveness, and natural leadership
• Strong organization and time management
• Unrelenting attention to detail and an eye for compelling content
