To demonstrate how the Google Search Bar can support students’ needs, YMC deployed 3 simultaneous campus activation tours, delivering 61 activation days at 36 schools over 8 weeks. To maximize reach, event pre-promotion efforts included targeted email blasts to thousands of campus contacts, a student social ambassador program, and on-campus promotional drops to influential organizations. Leveraging a nationwide staffing network, YMC recruited and managed 620 event staff who engaged with attendees to ensure a positive and rewarding experience for all.
