Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and clearly present cohesive and compelling brand experiences taking into account the complete consumer journey
Utilize brand data and market research to identify insights that form a foundation for ideation and tactics
Provide value in brainstorming sessions, stoking the creative flames while simultaneously keeping the team rooted in client objectives
Work to identify, organize and tell brand stories that connect ideas in clear and exciting ways
Work with the creative team and subject matter experts to develop client presentations and pitch decks, oftentimes serving as the author of the materials, but always reviewing inputs to ensure consistency of voice and messaging
Develop campaign measurement tools, evaluate results and course correct for continuous improvement
Be the glue that binds Account, Talent Partnerships, Digital and Creative teams together, steering everyone towards the common goal of delivering the best work for our clients
Qualifications:
4-year college/university degree
4 - 7 years of brand marketing work experience; agency experience preferred
At least 2 years of experiential project and team management experience
Experience managing projects of national scale with major brands or clients
Experience managing creative and fabrication development processes
Strong organization and time management
