Responsibilities:

• Be the key point of contact and connection between YMC’s account team and our clients
• Drive the strategic direction and planning of new and ongoing client campaigns
• Supervise the work of internal account team to ensure quality, timeliness, profitability, and results
• Assume team responsibility for exceeding client expectations and identifying growth opportunities
• Manage and mentor junior internal employees
• Identify project priorities, assign tasks, and proactively identify areas of efficiency
• Help develop new relationships with potential clients to grow agency business

Qualifications:

• 4-year college/university degree
• 5 - 10 years of work experience; agency experience preferred
• At least 2 years of project and team management experience
• Experience managing projects of national scale with major brands or clients
• Outstanding communication, problem solving, and presentation skills
• Strong organization and time management
• Unrelenting attention to detail and an eye for compelling content
• Advanced knowledge of digital and social media best practices
