Spotify: College Street Team

Spotify, the world's largest and most successful music streaming service, wanted to introduce over 130 R&D and business-oriented internship opportunities to a diverse network of college students.

Situation YMC recruited a diverse group of Street Team Members (STMs) to promote Spotify summer internships and serve as a resource for students throughout the application process. STMs served as an extension of the Spotify Talent Recruiting Team by constantly engaging with peers, visiting relevant student orgs, & posting on social media.
