Situation Capital One tasked YMC with reaching diverse talent to develop future employees. YMC’s answer was C.O.D.A.—the Capital One Developer Academy. A developer academy that welcomed a diverse talent pool, trained them to code, and turned them into a force that will work to make banking good. All of this was tackled while taking into account bias that may have repelled candidates.
